How to use Prepaid Code

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “More” icon and click on it.
This will take you to the Settings Screen.
On the Settings screen, navigate to “Account” and click on it.
Insert prepaid beside the “Name” field that says “Input the Prepay code here”.
Click the OK button on screen.

You should see a quick confirmation message pop up.

Step 3. Input the code

If you are activating your account for the first time, you will know your account is active once you see a numbered date beside the “Expired”. Example: 2020/05/25 (year/month/day).

This numbered date is when your account will expire. In this example, it will expire May 25, 2020.

How to navigate Live TV

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “Live TV” icon and click on it.
This will take you to a full screen of a live channel.
Changing Channels
1. Channel surf option:Use the up and down arrow, or the channel up and down arrow to change channels
2. Onscreen channel navigation option:Press the OK button to open the onscreen channel navigation pop up view to select channels from a list of channel categories. Press the back or exit button to clear this pop up.

How to Navigate Icon View

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “Icon View” icon and click on it.
When the Icon View screen loads, you will see a list of channel categories on the left, and the related channels to the right. Navigate to a channel icon and click on it to load and play the selected channel.
Changing Channels
1. Icon View Option: If you are watching a channel, press the back or exit button to go back to the Icon View to select another channel
2. Channel surf option: Use the up and down arrow, or the channel up and down arrow to change channels
3. Onscreen channel navigation option: Press the OK button to open the onscreen channel navigation pop up view to select channels from a list of channel categories. Press the back or exit button to clear this pop up.

How to Navigate Guide View Screen

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “Guide View” icon and click on it.

This is your TV Guide Screen, also known as the EPG (Electronic Programming Guide)

You can navigate to any channel category on the left, and pic a channel to view what’s playing on that channel. You can also view the selected channel to be full screen by pressing the OK button on the channel you are viewing.

How to Navigate TV Show Screen

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “TV Show” icon and click on it.
When the TV Show screen loads, select a TV show thumbnail and click on it. This will take you to the screen with the seasons and episodes.
On this screen, click on the episode icon under the season you wish. This will load the episode and it will start to play.

How to Navigate Movies Screen

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “Movies” icon and click on it.
When the Movie screen loads, select a movie thumbnail and click on it. This will take you to the screen to select to play movie, or to add it to your favorites.
Click on “Play” to load and play the movie, or click on “Favorite to” add movie to the favorites screen.

How to Navigate Favorites Screen

Note: This tutorial assumes that you’ve already successfully installed the NetGo app to your device.

Open the NetGo app and navigate to the “Favorites” icon and click on it.
When the Favorites screen loads, you will see a list of Movies, TV Shows, or TV Channels that you’ve added to your favorites list. You can click on any thumbnail or icon of the content you want to watch.

To remove items from favorites, select the item from your Favorites screen, and click on the favorite’s icon (looks like a heart) to remove from Favorites screen. The red heart will change to grey or white.
