When I ordered a puppet for my granddaughter for Christmas, it looked like it was in stock, but shortly after I found it was not. Peaaz kept me well informed about the progress of the puppet and when it would be in stock and gave me plenty of chances to change or cancel my order. They responded to all of questions about when it would be back in stock. It did finally arrive and my granddaughter was thrilled. Thank you so much!
