Repat is short for repatriating textile jobs back to the USA. The t-shirts that you buy used to all be made in the United States, but since the early 1990’s big companies have chased cheap labor and lax regulations overseas, where they pay their workers less than a living wage. We want to turn all those t-shirts that were made overseas, into fair wage jobs here in the USA.
Is there a 100% guarantee that my shirts will return?
Project Repat cannot guarantee that your t-shirts will arrive at the Repat headquarters or arrive back to you. The problem is that we don’t control the postal service, FedEx, and UPS. VERY RARELY these providers misplace something. It’s incredibly unlikely – we have processed more than 300,000 t-shirt quilts without any issue. That being said, once shirts arrive to us, we take great care of them and make sure that they will be sent out as an awesome new product to you.
