The real test of a company is what they do – and how they do it – when there’s a problem. I received a bad lot of 3 cartridges – 2 smeared black all over the page, and the third one had no ring to pull the tape out, so it couldn’t print.
I emailed them explaining the situation. They asked for the Amazon order number and lot number, which I gave them.
Next thing I know, I get a package of 3 – two days later.
Will definitely stay with these folks.

I usually don’t believe in compatible toners since I always had a very bad experience with them and decided that I will only stick with authentic toners. However, I decided to give V4ink a try since HP toners for color laser printers can be costly. So, I ordered the set of 4 toners (Black, Cyan, Magenta & Yellow) for My Color LaserJHet Pro MFP M277dw printer through Amazon. The shipping was super fast, the packaging was awesome, instructions included, everything looks and feels just like the HP toner, installation was super easy, no errors came up (I only got a message that non-HP toner was installed). Printed a test page and first reaction was “WOW”. Colors are vibrant, clear, no smudges or lines, in one word looks perfect. I know usually the issues arise on compatible toners after the toner is about half way used, I hope that it will not be the case with V4ink. A lifetime warranty is offered, which is a great thing. If the experience with the toners are the same as the first day, then I just found my new toner supply place that I will stick with. Thank you!

These guys are awesome. I was nervous about not buying the “name brand” toner at first but I took s chance 3 years ago and could not be happier with the product and customer service! If you are buying your toner/ink elsewhere. You are wasting money!!

I have been buying toner for my HP printer last 3 years from v4ink. I am very pleased with my catridges and those catridges works really well/ It cost less compare to regular catridges.
