Willow's Intricate Met Gala Braids Had Me Screaming

Oh em gee, you guys will not believe the gorgeous hairstyle I saw on Willow Smith at the Met Gala last night! Her hair was giving me alllll the inspiration.

I've always been such a big fan of Willow's bold and creative style. But this look truly took it to another level. She worked with her go-to hair genius Vernon Francois to construct this insanely detailed style.

Vernon told me he was completely obsessed with these traditional hairstyles from the Mangbetu tribe in Africa. The way they wrap and sculpt the hair into these epic shapes is just a next-level hair goal. It takes such precision and dedication - I'm talking like two full days to achieve!

So Vernon channeled all that inspiration and vision into Willow's Met Gala'do. He braided and wove her hair into the most intricate latticework that framed her face like a work of art. The volume and dimension it created were unreal.

You could really see the attention to detail and deep respect for the Mangbetu culture in every piece. And Willow totally rocked it with such elegance and poise on the red carpet. I was living for every angle!
